Rules Changes

1) Bystanders are boring, and have been now replaced with Treasure, which gets added to your discard pile when you gain it.

2) Bosuns replace whatever it was Maria Hill was in standard Legendary. They each have a color, give 1-Recruit instead of 2, but also have Coordinate

3) On that note ... Coordinate has been added to the game, as it is very cool (taken from Aliens Legendary); as in Aliens, a player may only Coordinate once on any given turn, drawing a card afterwards (also as usual). The card counts as having been played by the player Coordinated with.

4) The Official New Rules are that you no longer KO a Hero when a Villain escapes, but this is mostly because we would always forget to do so.

5) Each player starts with a random role (or a role of your choice, we're not the boss of you) giving them an additional power to be played once or more during the game.

6) Each Hero has 20 cards, not 14 (5/5/4 commons, 3/2 uncommons, 1 rare). At game start, choose 4 Heroes, not 5

7) Letting Villains escape should have some consequences! In 7th Sea Legendary, escaping Villains deal a Wound or force a player to discard a card (each player's choice)

8) Mega-Spectrum is a thing -- it's like Spectrum, but you must have all five colors, not just three.

9) The Wound deck starts with 45 Wounds, not 30.

10) OPTIONAL CAMPAIGN MODE is encouraged! After a victory, each player gets bonuses to their role or to their deck -- but the Villains get bonuses as well! More information is in the Introduction to Campaign Mode
